Annual National Poetry Month Celebration

To commemorate National Poetry Month, the New Brunswick Free Public Library compiled its 24th* Annual Poetry Month Celebration Anthology in April 2024. The Poetry Anthology is open to all poets – from novice to previously published, and from New Jersey or across the globe. The deadline for submissions was Thursday, March 28, 2024. Poets who submitted poems for the Anthology were invited to read their work at the library’s annual Poetry Celebration on Tuesday, April 30, at 7:00 p.m. online via Zoom. {*The New Brunswick Free Public Library has been celebrating National Poetry Month since 1998. The first year had a reading but no anthology, and we were unable to have either an anthology or a reading in 2020, so 2024 is the 26th year but has the 24th anthology.}
